I am Kim BAIN-TER HEEGE (1988-Enschede), as a child I have lived in the Morvan for three years. In 2012 I returned to this beautiful area and in 2013 I started as an agent commercial at an international estate agency. I soon found out that this was my dream job and decided to follow the French study (BTS-PI) in 2020 to become a certified estate agent. In 2022 I graduated and my dream became reality; a own real estate agency The agency is located in Arleuf, in a former café and gas station where many Arleuquins (residents of Arleuf) used to come. After that it was operated as an épicerie and later there was an ambulance service. For a number of years the building was used by an association of the Arleuquins, but the building was mainly abandoned. I am married to a Frenchman and have two children, I am also a councilor of Arleuf and a member of the editorial board of a Magazine. Through my years of experience I want to help people realize their dreams. Honesty and openness are paramount to me.
A lot of emotions often come into play in a sales and purchase process. I do everything I can to make the process of buying and selling as smooth as possible for both parties. With me it doesn’t stop with the sale of a house, I make sure that a seller does not have to worry about canceling the utilities and a buyer does not have to worry about subscribing them. Even after the sale I am there for both parties if there are any questions.
To me, real estate is much more than just selling houses. It is supporting, guiding and leading. But above all… a passion.
